Can someone suggest me for a level 70 build (preferably rainbow build but any is ok)

morph until 100, then depending on class use good builds built by good class builders not rainbow slap or many people will hate you

Should i replace wand by bob mythic wand when i unlock, yes or no

 

Nah stave of legends is really good and is like the best u can get
U could use bobs mythic but it wouldn’t be very different dmg wise

 

Replace that with third eye at around lvl 92(you will be lacking 1 skill point somehow aquire 1 sp dont ask me how tomes or something), and you will be a good lot more tanky.
