Shaman/Skyseer Help Anybody got a build for my Hadal?

I don't currently have access to LI and other mythic items so please don't use them if possible.
I would also like to have atleast on item which reduces my Aura cost like my Dragon's eye bracelet in the picture.

for armor either rage or concentration prty sure concentration is better because hadal is water. also cursestacking
