Assassin/Ninja Assassin Endgame Build

Looking for a good build for an endgame assassin. Hopefully strong enough to solo EO, Qira, LI, and pull my own weight in raids. Only requirements is no mythics, and preferably spell based damage.

put the rest of the sp into def/agi.

 

This looks cool, but aren't the spell costs a little high?

 

Edit it a bit to use rest of the sp for 129 int
1/1/2/2 cost is the maximum u can get unless u use -spell cost gear. with 10/3 ms and super slow atk speed it wont be a problem

You could swap Intensity for Unspeakable if you wanted more mana steal.
