Shaman/Skyseer Help Level 80 Shaman build help

Hi I was wondering if there's any good level 80 shaman builds. My only requirements: no set items(including morph), no hive items, and my budget is around 5 le.

(Also what class should I play next? I already did archer and I'm doing shaman right now)

EDIT: I'm fine if the build level requirements go a bit higher like up to level 85 or something

as for your other question...
• mage is good for lootrunning and as a healer in wars
• assassin is good for solo play, has great damage options
• warrior doesn't really have a special kind of use, but it has an option to build ultratank

 

I'd recommend playing assassin - it's really fun! Combining spells and doing insane dps with aoe damage is amazing.
