Archer/Hunter Is hawkeye major Id the solution for tcc boss high reflection?

Everyone knows in tcc arrow storm is the most annoying spell and can 1-shot any archer bc of the boss’ high reflection.
However, I noticed the nighthawk have the major Id of “Hawkeye” that turns arrow storm from a bunch of arrows to only 5 arrows but each arrow deal 80% of the dmg. Is it the solution to cast arrow storm without dying?
If yes can I have a non-mythic nighthawk build and a mythic (no boots) nighthawk build?

For the Olily one, does it require guild and cosmic tomes? or is wynnbuilder calculation wrong(unlikely)

 

That build can be done without, but you will only be able to put Intelligence to 97 (so 2 Mana Arrow Storm cost)

A Cosmic plus a regular/guild tome would help pushing Intelligence to 105.

No :p
It has less dmg on arrow storms but dps is pretty high cause of all arrows hitting from any distance, making survival higher bc you don’t have to stand right next to enemies to do the full dmg
And just these builds are decently tanky in general too

 

That combined with the fact that the nighthawk arrow storm ends significantly faster means that you can fire several in the same timespan as one single normal arrow storm which actually makes its DPS very nice if the build can sustain spamming arrow storm.

Here's a quick video showing the difference, bear in mind I am not doing it all that fast and I would imagine more skilled people than myself can get more out of it than my second burst. Also the DPS is rather poor because I am just quickly showcasing on a lootrun build, your build will do a hell of a lot more damage than what is shown in this video.

Also yes Nighthawk is the solution for tcc, otherwise you're going to get all your teammates killed lmao. And Nighthawk itself is still very good, despite all the nerfs its gotten so far. The amount of survivability it offers makes it so useful in TCC and against other bosses where stun-lock using arrow storm doesn't work.
