Hotfix 1.20.4 - Hotfix #2

Welcome the official changelog for the 1.20.4 hotfix #2, we have been pushing bug fixes continuously throughout the past couple of months, addressing many bug fixes.

This hotfix aims to improve the overall stability of quests, content, and gameplay features. Most of the changes that will be cited here are already available inside the game, we have been monitoring their repercussion for the last few days and polishing before releasing the official changelog.

While we are focusing on fixing content, this does not take away much of our time and attention to any upcoming update nor does this delay it further.

We plan on continuing fixing those issues and making changelogs just like this one, we will keep you posted!



As most of you probably already noticed, we made some changes to Cinfras!
In order to reflect the brighter feel that the city was intended to have the main roads were changed along with some NPCs and architecture to make the city more walkable.

- Shared Party XP will now be split between each eligible party member
- Party Members will now need to have killed a mob recently to be eligible for XP Sharing
- Reduced Identification prices for Fabled and Set Items
- Fixed a typo in the scrap menu confirm button
- Fixed a typo on the market withdraw to bank warning message
- Fixed not being able to pick up certain items if multiple players were over it
- Fixed being able to activate pistons inside housing islands
- Fixed double slabs not dropping properly on housing
- Fixed being able to interact with the guild bank after being demoted or kicked from the guild
- Fixed some gathering nodes not working properly
- Fixed some gathering nodes holograms not being in the correct position
- Fixed entities falling inside the ground sometimes
- Fixed tomes identifications not being calculated properly at specific conditions
- Fixed skill point potions not being calculated properly at specific conditions
- Fixed a typo in the Harvest Circlet helmet description
- Fixed item identifiers not handling emerald pouches properly
- Fixed water spots appearing randomly in the air at specific positions
- Fixed trade market accessory filter icons
- Increased dialogue history limit to 30 messages
- Fixed not being able to click certain inventory slots with a menu open
- Fixed territory transfer chat input not working properly

- Fixed various issues with Desperate Metal
- Added a failsafe in Astralus tower for Recipe for Disaster
- Fixed a teleport glitch in Craftmas Chaos
- Fixed various issues in Lava Springs
- Fixed various issues in Arachnid Ascent (you now should be able to get the bucket back from the starter npc if you lose it)
- Fixed the item counter in Enter the Dojo not working properly
- Added an exit to the cave in Beneath the Depths so you don’t have to track all the way back (with various failsafes so you do not teleport by accident, it will bring you to the coast of Selchar)
- Fixed being able to get stuck on the boat at Jofash Docks after completing Fantastic Voyage
- Added a way to recover the journal if you lose it in Dwelling Walls
- Fixed issues with the wagon in Kingdom of Sand
- Changed the NPCs in the mansion in Kingdom of Sand in order to make them not spam the dialogue anymore if you got caught
- Fixed an issue with exiting the mansion, it should be more accurate and faster now
- Fixed an issue with the beanstalk teleport in The Fortuneteller
- Added failsafes for the items in The Lost in case you lose the letters
- Fixed some issues with the Ice Castle Grindspot
- The Spider Grindspot around Mount Wynn will now give less XP
- The Desert Pyramid Grindspot will now grant more XP
- You are now able to recover the required items on stages 2 and 3 of WynnExcavation Site A by talking to the NPCs if you lose them
- Fixed being able to get soft locked by dying while defusing the TNT in Sandy Scandal
- Fixed being able to get soft locked if you didn't escape the hide-out in time in Sandy Scandal
- Fixed a respawn issue in Lazarus Pit
- Fixed teleports and added failsafes to The Dark Descent
- Fixed being able to lose Taproot rewards at specific conditions
- Fixed Black Road Mines Pass Cave exit teleport
- Fixed the Mesa Bandit Cave exit teleport
- Fixed the Desert Bandit Cave exit teleport
- Fixed the Nexus fast travel teleport to Pirate Cove
- Fixed multiple teleports in The Pit of the Dead
- Fixed Maltic's Well exit teleport
- Fixed various locations where players could get stuck (Canyon of the Lost and Mesa mainly)
- Fixed various loot chests either missing or that could not be opened
- Fixed the quest stage not updating properly in specific conditions in Iron Hearts Part 1
- Fixed Cowfusion cutscene not working properly
- In Frost bite, the mansion is now accessible without an issue if you are at stage 7 or above. Leaving the vault should send you more accurately back before the vault sequence too
- Overall improvements to Jungle Fever, the quest is more linear and will make you travel from the jungle to Almuj without having to go back and forth, we also added a failsafe inside the Almuj vault in case you lose the items at stage 6
- Fixed an issue with Damys in Aldorei's Secret Part 1 where if you didn’t have the bucket after getting the leaves she wouldn’t talk to you
- Fixed an issue in Aldorei's Secret Part 1 where if you didn’t have the leaves and book at stage 9 you would not be able to proceed, it will now give you the leaves if you are missing them.
- Fixed an issue in Recover The Past where players would get stuck inside the tower
- Fixed a typo in Recover The Past
- Fixed an issue with Pirate's trove if you were doing the quests months ago but stopped before finishing, you will be able to finish it now.
- Fixed a teleport glitch in Meaningful Holiday
- Added a failsafe in Out of my mind, after the mini-game, the doors would not open if you left and came back, they will open now.
- Added checkpoints to Out of my mind so if you leave it will bring you back were you left the quest area
- Fixed a typo in The Corrupted Village
- Added various failsafes and fixes to Star Thief, you can go back inside the cave to watch the cutscene and continue the quest if you had to leave the area, your quest stages should update more accurately and the boss room is now accessible again if you die in it
-Added a failsafe at stage 6 of Desperate Metal in case you were disconnected during the last dialogue, you should be able to talk to Phineas again and finish the quest properly (Will be there in the next map update, not there at the time of writing this)

Also does this mean that the bug that doesn't give you the 2 LE reward at the end of Desperate Metal is fixed? I posted a bug report about it a couple days ago, don't know if it's fixed or not.
