Locations of missing refineries?

Hello!

I have many unrefined materials leftover from the era of refineries and I was hoping to find where they might be? The wiki states that they should be located near Detlas (with Detlas Suburbs, I think) but I could only find them empty upon arrival. I also went to Cinfras and headed for The Forgery but I could not find them there either. I'm sorry if this question has been asked before but I couldn't find a search function and the current threads Google pulled from the forums weren't very helpful either.

Have they been removed completely or relocated elsewhere?

No they haven't, they are just scattered around major cities. I couldn't find the exact coords for them though
