Mage/Dark Wizard No resu trift monster build

Title. I appreciate your help BrightDanny, but now I must need some changes.
Requirements is to have super slow attack speed.

Many of these items do not depend on rolls (Silt, Spark, Prowess, Hydro). Vaward would be okay with 15% Spell Damage. Every armor piece must have x2 Fire Powder VI.

Do get a good Time Rift for this (perfect mRegen/mSteal and at least 40% Spell Damage). This build should be able to sustain mana (3/5 mRegen + 1 mRegen/s naturally + 4/3 mSteal, assuming you miss a total of 2/3 mSteal) with regenerating 8 Mana over 5 seconds doing nothing and your mSteal that also can be triggered by Time Rift. Spamming Heal might put alot of stress on your Mana, so use it wisely.

If you have tomes, put excess points into Strength or Dexterity -> equip the tomes, remove all armor/items, reset skillpoints then put the points at the same value as "manually assigned" in Wynnbuilder.

An extra note:
Wynnbuilder saying 12k Meteor does not mean you hit that everytime. It is the average expected Meteor damage. Take this into account when you try to test damage.

With average Spell Damage/Fire Damage rolls on items you can expect 16k to 18k Meteor without Courage, with Endurance. This will raise to 22-24k with Endurance and Courage and up to 30k with Endurance and 2 stacks of Courage (Time Rift can cast Courage for you as well).

Please note that Time Rift focussed builds that utilize weapon special stacking take time to "ramp up" DPS. In short combat scenarios builds with a high "burst" or "upfront" damage tend to work better than builds with lower burst/upfront damage.

If you want a high burst/upfront damage build, Raw Spell Damage works well for Mages, but these builds usually fall off in extended fights.

The power behind your build(typically any Monster build) is that you have a high sustain and decent damage and don't underestimate Courage; you also buff your teammates with that.

In raids, skillpoint(Strength, Dexterity) buffs are your best bet for more DPS.

TCC pick Strength/Poison buffs (except if you have a poison focussed teammate).

In NoL, pick anything that gives Strength or Dexterity. Cherubim III is very good.

The Hydro Ring is better in my opinion overall, because it gives an extra mSteal and some Water Damage for slightly better Heal.

It will work :)

You can always invest getting a better Time Rift.

This build is cheap, because you already have Monster and Time Rift.

The LI items might be a chore, but are well worth the effort.

Thanks for the build in case I decide to give up trift build, can I add f6 powders on my armor?

- High dps build (More dmg, more mana sustain than the above builds)

- More than enough ehp for general buff

- Get an agi buff in raids and you should be able to survive with extremely high dps

 

this build is cool and have similar dmg to non-trift build, will definitely try this

 

Also I feel like it may be one of the best spell dps build u can get on mage besides fatal and pure (not pro opinion but this build have more than enough ehp to survive anything (which is basically all monster build lmao) and high dmg trift meteors which makes the dps more comparable (all the current trift monster build i found only have 11k-12k meteors, this is the highest dmg I have seen yet))

 

Came up with the build myself, coz yea I haven't rly seen any good trift monster builds around so I decided to make it myself (still got it in myself as an ancient class builder I guess lol)

 

That build is a perfect example how to utilize Raw Spell Damage for a higher upfront damage in exchange for less eHP and elemental defenses.

It is a nice build :)
