What do you want to see in this years mob vote?

Dream won't rig it, he apologized for doing it last year and all his posts claiming that he will rig it are shitposts

Sadly if dream does decide to say "yeah actually the allay is pretty cool" or something his stans WILL vote it, i've seen dream stans saying "i want to vote the allay but i will vote what dream wants me to" and such

 

Even if he does “rig” it, as long as its not the glare everything will be fine.

 

Glare has actually grown on me and I honestly think I'll vote for it. I just think it looks cool and I usually root for the underdog.

 

I usually pick based on functionality and not appearance. The reason I hated the glow squid so much last year was because it sounded completely useless, with Mojang failing to mention glow ink sacs. If they'd shown glow ink sacs, I would probably have wanted the glow squid over the Iceologer. I like the Allay and the copper golem because they both have cool functions that can be used for contraptions, but the glare is just a hedge that shows if it's dark or not. The glare is only really useful for bedrock edition players, with it just being a waste of potential on Java. I really wish all 3 of the mobs could be added as they're all pretty cool, but if I had to pick out of the 3, it'd be the Allay.

Also, on probably most polls I've seen for the mob vote, the Allay wins by a landslide. The Allay is probably going to win, but I wouldn't mind if Dream rigged it in favor of the copper golem

Yes, dream said he isn't going to rig the vote, not at all to my surprise. I don't know if the comments saying "please rig it i dont know what to vote now" are satire but I hope they are otherwise it shows how incapable of decision-making his stans are

I don't get why they decided there to be two rounds of voting, people will just vote for the same mob twice so the winner is already apparent in the first round

 

they added a deep dark city with soul lore (the city has soul torches and lanterns, and sculk spreads when a mob dies near a catalyst which is soul stuff)

they also revealed the sculk stuff that leaked in the 1.18 bedrock beta

sounds like the deep dark has been pushed back to 1.19 which i'm not sad about

Woah i did not expect that at all!
I'm happy the mob I liked won but I feel bad for the other mobs because it really wasn't fair for them. Everyone can see that the Allay was objectively the most useful and of course it would be the winner.
I hope next year the vote is more balanced because there was absolutely no suspense with the mob vote this year.

This is probably the biome update they said they would do where they add all of the votes that lost. We'll be seeing meerkats, palm trees, baobabs, ostriches, detailed cactus, vultures and more later on I guess
