Warrior/Knight Help Looking for the best build possible within my parameters

I'm looking for the best build possible with all of the limitations that I have taken into consideration.
Any playstyle is fine with me, I just want the build to be as viable as it can be within these parameters.

- I am a level 105 Warrior
- I have a budget of 22LE (lol)
- The weapon has to be Rhythm of the Seasons
- No crafted, LI, or mythic items (Hive items are fine)
- No Morph Set items >:(

Don't know if I will try but just a curious question. Could you use Infernal Impulse instead of Rhythm of the Seasons as I am assuming you are using Rhythm of the Seasons for it's Major ID?

 

Would still prefer to use RotS as the weapon, but if you have a suggestion that uses Infernal Impulse I'd be curious to see what it is

In all honesty, the builds I'm going to put in were my best attempts but I would recommend the above build that Eris Greyrat put up over mine. Nonetheless, I'm just going to put them in anyway so that there is some variety to decide from. Also, I found it better to just use Infernal Impulse for Rally over that of Rhythm of the Seasons as Rhythm of the Seasons is kinda meant to be used as an off hand sustain rather than a main hand weapon from my experience.

How would you rate my current build and the ones you gave me from 1 to 10?
And what playstyle/s do you think your builds should use?

 

I'd give it a 5/10. It's got elements of a spell and raw melee build all in one but not really coming close with either to being viable. It's not completely useless as it does do a moderate amount of damage if going by the spells and it does have a nice amount mana and health sustain to go with it. The big downside to me would be the spell costs are too high for it to be a spell build and the damage is too low to be a raw melee build.

As for the playstyle of the builds I put above, they're meant to be spell builds, and I am pretty certain the same is for Eris Greyrat's build. It also helps for it to be a spell build as you can essentially do a spam heal with Infernal Impulse when you need it.

 

Thanks. I ended up using @Eris Greyrat's build. Any suggestions for the powders I should apply to the armor, if any?

 

not necessary, but you can apply some fire powders (t4 or better)
