    I can't find where to post this and cannot find a moderator in game to help with this issue. I logged off yesterday and when I got back on today my emerald bag was missing from my inventory. Please help

    It's most likely that you dropped it by accident, but since Emerald Pouches are still in testing you should make a bug report just in case (include specific details if you can)

    Most likely, you dropped it by accident, but as said above you should probably make a bug report just in case.
    If it was really you dropping it, then I suggest next time, use /itemlock while holding the emerald pouch so that you can't drop it again
