What happened to the clock mystery?

The clock mystery was a promised feature of the Gavel revamp but it has yet to be added into a patch and is now one of the only promised features yet to be added into the game. I wouldn't be surprised if they added it without explicitly stating in the patch logs due to the mystery factor but if they did someone would have stumbled onto it by now. Where is my clock related mystery? I wanna fight some time people.

 

it just hasn't been finished yet afaik

i've heard it'll probably be done by 1.21 but really don't know enough to be sure about that

 

if you go to the clock tower you can stare at the floor to see exits underground in a circle, but I think those are from the original version of the clock mystery

I strongly doubt that it's secretly in the game, only suspicious thing I've seen in the clock tower is the clock sometimes being slightly higher pitched for a few ticks (which could just be me hearing things)
