Help! this is a website bug? report (I have no privileges to post in 'bug reports')

I wanted to get my free crates, but whenI write my username it sends me directly to the store menu, instead of checkout. Then I click the 'free monthly crate' again, but it just reloads the store menu. Why is this happening??

Btw, this is not in my computer only, as it happens in every device i used...

 

It does this to me when I already claimed my monthly crate, you sure you haven't already gotten them?

 

It resets every 30 days, not every month.

 

yes, thats not the problem, as last time i claimed the reward was over 2 months ago..
it also happens with the new spirit crates

 

there should be a "post a bug report" in the bug reports section
