I need help with RoL(III)'s Warden

I am a level 67 Shaman using a Scarlet Veil, Sawdust, Fire Wire, Sodeta Boots, Photon, Anno, Vindicator, Troms Kid Badge, and a Custom Relik using T3 D. Oak, T2 Koi, 2 ea. Bob's Tears, Pykerete, and Acidic Solution. I have killed the boss 5-7 times now (the last 2 w/ pots) and it keeps respawning at full health. Does this have multiple phases, or is this a bug.

The boss does in fact, have a splitting gimmick (I suppose, similar to the Challenge of the Blades boss altar) each time it dies. It does hit fairly hard at level and the fight can get a bit chaotic, but you will eventually kill it permanently.
