How do you make a guild banner?

    Like the title says. I just created a new guild, and wanted to make a cool and fun custom banner for it. But it says I don't have enough banner points? What are those? Do you get them at a specific level? Please let me know.

    Yeah I'd like to know too, I cant find any information regarding banner points and I would like to design my banner. I thought the first design was free, than any changes after cost like 10k emeralds. Was this changed?

    Edit: You get banner points from completing a tier of weekly objectives
