Restarting unfinished quest Command

I've been stuck at quest 59 The Order of the Grook and In the quest The Order of the Grook, you have to pick an element and I picked fire. to complete the fire quest you have to block all 1,3,4-5 fireballs but if they hit you or any surface you fail. but so I've been stuck on that quests for hours trying to clear it. so my question can the mods reset my player data for that quest so I can restart it and pick a different element. An unfinished quest restart command would be super useful if the player is stuck or just want to restart an unfinished quest.

 

I'm for this, but from what I've heard it's impossible to do this due to the way quests are coded.
