Shaman/Skyseer Build for lv 60 and 70?

Hi looking for a lv 60 and 70 shaman build that are good enough to survive in grind spot and some low lv corrupted dungeons, will use champion anyways when I finish toa (and hopefully bob's reincarnation so that I can use ancient relik)

 

I posted this on another thread a while ago, but this could help you as well:

Fully buyable and not too expensive. I used Morph-Topaz twice for the xp bonus, while it still counts as a set piece for the Morph set bonus.

Powders in Armor are optional and not needed. Powder in weapons are mandatory in the builds after level 88.

IMPORTANT:
Manually assigned (what you see near Strength, Defence, etc.) in Wynnbuilder link means the amount of skillpoints you need to have when you wear no items, in case you find it confusing. (Maybe you know this, but just saying it to be sure)

At level 75(less damage, but more xp, put everything in Strength or Defence, depending on your preference, after level 75 till you hit 88 with this build):

At level 88, the spell damage and the raw spell damage on Overdrive are VERY important and must be rolled to high numbers.
