Are my skill points bugged or am I just dumb

    Hello! I’m a level 68 archer and trying to get my dexterity to 70 to use this one now but my skill points will only let my go to 64 dex. If I keep adding points to dex, it’s kinda like they disappear since they get used but don’t actually show up. Any fixes to this?

    64 is the item stack limit, if you read the description it will tell you how many you've assigned
