What do you think the next major update will include?

The last one was entirely dev and IM work, so yeah.

i actually think a new area like fruma or something might be possible? just thinking back to that tommyinnit video from 2020 where salted and the crew took him to some undisclosed area to show him how the team terraforms, the area they were in looked relatively big? and it also looked completely new? so assuming that whatever they were terraforming wasn't a part of the 1.20 update, i think some grand new area might be possible in 1.21. salted (or atleast i think it was salted) did say that what they were building wouldn't be released for "at least a year" and that would've been june 2021 so idk! i hope fruma comes out though i am foaming at the mouth to learn more about it lmfao.

Jokes aside, I hope they release a system that lets us alter skills a bit, without needing to fudge your build with an awkward to use MajorID item. This would help creating differences within the same classes.

 

why people thinking about dern's release??

like, dern is obviously a final update, because in storyline "we need to kill a big evil of all evils" - the dern beast.

 

I think what we all, deep down, truly want, is Bloomi.

 

Now that I've thought about it a bit more, I'll probably have to cancel a bingo giveaway due to the lack of a set end date not being allowed. I might still give LE to someone in this thread who ends up being spot on though, or hosting a prizeless one in forum games.

major class rebalance (i’m looking at you shaman), cci changes, lore rewrite, and resource pack optimization.

What would probably happen:
corrupted galleon graveyard and or corrupted fallen factory, fruma, more items some with major ids.

 

What if... The Voices of Wynn project was secretly being added in 1.21 and the NPC's all had voices

 

then the resourcepack would explode and the playerbase drop to <200
