What do you want to see in this years mob vote?

If you haven’t heard, there will be a new Minecon this October, and there will be a mob vote.
Who do you want to see? What animal/monster do you want in the game?
I want the Redstone Golems from MC Dungeons, because they are cool and could act as a miniboss in game.

 

A second, larger glow squid. This is not a joke. Give me giant squids.

 

Glow dolphin.

 

I want Illusioners to spawn in the woodland mansions, in bedrooms if that's possible because they seem to be in robes which really looks like pajamas

other than that,
I'd like Ostriches, Redstone Golems (maybe in the underground, something like that), and maybe even Enchanters (from MC Dungeons). They could enchant mobs with protection or something

Bosses.

There could be a few based on main biomes (Plains, Desert, Tundra, Jungle, Caves), and maybe some more bosses related to the Nether and End. (Don't really count Raids as bosses, rather I say they are more like a miniboss with a ton of minions).

 

i am slightly concerned about the mob vote, it is now october and we have no teasers yet

 

It does make the vote less likely to be influenced by YouTubers if the reveal happens only during MC Live itself

 

Maybe that's why then, they don't want it to generate controversy again. The only issue with this is that there wouldn't be enough time for people to think about the benefits/detriments of having such a mob which would make a phantom 2.0 situation more likely or cause people to vote a mob because ''i like the design the best''

 

Oh yeah that's true, we'll just have to hope they go into enough detail for each mob then

 

We could have had a blaze king and we got the most annoying mob in the game

 

I think all of the mobs would have been really annoying, blaze kings just being annoying in nether fortresses and making it way harder, sea monsters dragging you down and drowning you, and the trapinch thing could apparently disenchant your stuff or something

This was posted before the Glare was revealed. And yes, I saw it.

 

The Glare seems neat, and it's certainly cute, but beside light-controlled redstone contraptions, I don't see much use for it. Java Edition can already press F3 to check the light level. If you're looking for places where mobs can spawn, then those are likely indicated by the mobs that have spawned there in the first place (and if you're bringing a Glare, don't expect it to live very long).
