Can't complete Stable Story?

I got the key from the tunnel but after giving it to Enkser, I was stuck in a softlock. No dialogue generated and I couldn't do anything, yet the screen was zoomed in. I relogged, had to get the key again, but I can't deliver the key anymore. What can I do now?

 

What does your quest book say to do? Also, just to be sure, what is the item name of the key you have?

 

first try to deliver the key to Enkser again, see if it works again
