    i can't pick up my monthly crates.
    I am logged in with the correct account, but when completing the purchase, I am not redirected

    the problem has been there for months but I've tried again and again

    I can put it in the shopping cart but when I click on claim free nothing happens

    Just wanted to say same thing happened to me
    But I had one of my friends claim it for me and it worked fine so idk
    Also did you hit both of the 2 check mark things (like terms of service and all), cause for me what happened was I couldn’t hit one of them so I could click claim but it wouldn’t do anything
