Can't get gavellian passport back

    At the end of the quest "Acquiring credentials", I got the gavellian passport. However I noticed that when i threw it on the ground, it wouldn't say that I needed it for future quests, so I got rid of it.
    I am now stuck on the quest "Flight in distress", needing the passport in order to get on the ship.
    Oh and /fixquests didn't work by the way.
    Any help would be appreciated

    "If you lost the Gavellian Passport item, you are able to retrieve it by going to -256, 57, -4980, the Passport Office where the Acquiring Credentials quest starts. You will be given another if you lost your original."
