It has in total 9 mana sustain if you add up the regen and steal, but it doesn't focus really into either one. I could probably do better by using Event Horizon or something but this seems pretty good to me. You can replace reminder with a second rune of safe passage if you want to trade in a bit of damage for more health.

 

something to criticize is that it has -50 points in def and agi, so using consumables or raid buffs involving those will be hard

 

yes but ETW is in the title, also people who use ETW builds are probably not going to be using skill pots. Also you have no idea how many skill points you can get from stacking raid buffs, @derpysheep13 got enough buffs from the orphion raid in a video of his that he managed to get positive dexterity on a Spring-Aphotic build.
