Ok. Say you got an unidentified legendary bow, and the level range is 35-39 (supposed situation) Im using wynntils so it shows you the possibilities of the item. If you are level 35, should you wait until you are a little higher leveled to identify it or just do it now. In other words Im asking if your level matters when you identify an item.

 

AFAIK your level doesn't affect the stats when you identify the item. So you should just identify it now really, there isn't any point of waiting as logn as you meet the minimum level to use it.

 

The lvl u r when u identify the item does not affect it in any way. U can identify a lvl 100 at lvl 1 and it turn out the exact same as lvl 100

the item in an unidentified box is determined whenever the box is generated - it won't ever change

 

I'm more interested in how you got a *35-39* box
I thought you could only get even numbers on the level ranges of unid'd items
