Assassin/Ninja Help How Do I Get Better Weathered Damage?

Uh, hey. So I recently got myself a Weathered and decided to stop basically killing myself with mana regen builds, and try out spellsteal. I made > this build < after like some time of tweaking, and I was pretty happy with what I got but man, Weathered has no damage potential compared the crazy ETW/TWA builds I'm used to playing.

So I continued my search in hopes of finding a better non-flapis Weathered build than the one I had made, and I stumbled across one of TheNelston's videos featuring a Black spellsteal build, and I wanted to see if I could tweak the builds a little here and there and make it viable for Weathered (which is straight up impossible don't even try it).

Boom. Jackpot, but not the one I was looking for. One of > his builds <, using Stardew, outdamaged mine by almost 1.5k spin attack and numbers I am now too sad to type. Of course, with Weathered being Weathered, I had almost double walk speed, 4 more ms, the Roving Assassin perk and way more (agility) EHP, but I don't think that a non-mythic Dagger dealing almost 33% more damage than a mythic one means I have a good build.

So I am here on the forums asking for a better build, and thanking anyone helping in advance. Props to you if you made it to the end of my autobiography lol.
