Shaman/Skyseer Help Lvl 100 Shaman Build

I can level up fast until 102, so if it bypasses lvl 100 its still fine
Since Shaman is my first class, I don't think I can afford mythics. I have cleared the Hive and can clear legendary island until gold(Can't do doctor Legendary, I died)

These are my preference, but the build doesn't have to match these conditions, so feel free to suggest!
- Not too much costs for spells
- Cheaper than 25 LE
- Has decent HP and defence

Unfortunately, pretty much all endgame build use a Diamond-tier LI accessory. I'd recommend finding someone to do it with you, as the tokens will come in very handy later on
