I was more on the lines looking for something with WFA or EWA bc forge likes to have air, earth, and fire weaknesses

 

Rainbolily is still better than any WFA or EWA build I can imagine (excluding crafteds)

It's super competitive, beats most mage builds even with more expensive items. Getting a pro tempore, adrenaline, caesura etc. with really good damages and pretty perfect mana would likely be necessary to get a good high-dps mage build that I'd recommend over morph the nothing. And obtaining those items with those kinds of rolls aren't cheap.

Here's a decent prest build tho. Has a bit less ehp and meteor damage but it gets 19k meteors with courage so has a higher ceiling than morph the nothing. Needs a really good pro tempore and a good adrenaline tho.

Didn't put in any glassy builds, but these are good damage numbers that you won't really substantially beat unless you wanna go hyperglass.

50 agi is there for dual wielding Silent Ballet (which I would heavily recommend doing if you need to heal really badly because with low costs it helps a lot, especially spamming the shit out of aura/shift uproot). If you need more EHP, put in Cancer over Alkahest.

I actually didn't have problems with it and it worked fine for most anything I did.
However, I'm going back to the drawing board because I know it could be a lot better. I also have fewer restrictions than before.

Flapis is now an option as long as it's not expensive (like low 40s at most)
My current SP tomes are: 1 str 1 dex 1 int 3 def 3 agi

int should be enough to offhand koh, and ehp can be around the same as my linked build idrc (its ok to use statue im used to the low walkspeed :^) )

I'm not too good at using crafteds and taking tomes into account on wynnbuilder so i probably won't come up with anything to suggest sorry about that

It's got enough mana, trust me, and is gonna be slightly more dpm than your current build, along with no -defenses, along with 0 ws. You could invest the spare sp into int so that you can use KoH, but 5k 1 cost heals is enough for me, so I put it in dex for dmg.

similar to this build but would prefer mana regen to mana steal

 

Just swapped a couple things around. Ngl I kinda like the other build better, much more mana sustain for charge (3.8m/s vs 2.5m/s) and almost has enough mr alone to sustain upper-bash at standard cps.
-15k -> 17k uppers
-39k -> 32k ehp
-Cuts overall mana sustain in half but leans fully into mr. Could swap one summa to moon pool for more mana if you are fine with 2 tomes.
-Requires 1 tome, 2 if using moon pool.
