Archer/Hunter Help Lv30 Archer Build

I'm new to the game and would like some advice on what to get for a balance of dps and ehp. I've been using mob-dropped items and am wondering if there is a better way to do this.

 

At your level, just using random mob dropped items is probably the way to go, but I can try to make a build if you want:

As far as powders go, I'd recommend using t2 or t3 water on the first build, and a t3 thunder on the second one.
