Assassin/Ninja Help Looking for WFA weathered build

Title says it all. I want a good sustain weathered build with at least 5k spins, good ls/ms/hpr.
Requirements: none apart from is crusade sabs possible with weathered

I don't know if a build like this is possible but whatever. Any other build like twa is fine, but im really looking for WFA.

The ETWA build DeltaWave linked above is very glassy but it's super high damage. ETWA is generally a high risk high reward archetype.

so now it does more damage and has more ehp. the only difference is that the mana sustain is worse sooooo
