Will there be another event this year, maybe a winter sale or a Halloween special theme? I believe it's a good idea to have more events planned since it encourages many players. And for me, the just concluded bonfire event is really good, but I believe it lacks engagement from player to server; it's somewhat monotonous and kinda dull, but the prizes are only cosmetic. I'm thinking of some prizes that favor others players like if you complete this quest, you receive these kinds of Powerful stuff. It does theoretically not pay to win, it's play to win, and it's not against the Mojang EULA, right?

As for the EULA, I'm sure it's pretty complicated. Though I don't think anybody wants pay-to-win features in Wynn, regardless of the EULA.
I'm willing to bet there will definitely be more events like the Bonfire Festival in the future, hopefully with even more content, though nothing has been teased afaik. If you have any suggestions for specific things should there be another one, you should make a thread in the General Suggestions section on the Forums.

only thing i read EULA says pay to win or play to win is against EULA rules, you're not allow to give advantage to player, expect you can do play to fashion or play/pay for looks to make your character look cooler is completely fine, since cosmetics does not harm to EULA rules.

About the Bonfire Event, I'm fairly sure similar events will be planned for the future with more unique cosmetics. As for the other thing you mentioned, limited time events that gave in-game rewards have been done before, such as the Wynnter Fair. So long as these rewards cannot be purchased on the store, then it shouldn't break the EULA.
