Any Profession What food and potions should I use for dungeons

I have one cooking, alchemism, and scribing. What foods and potions should I try to use for dungeons like the infested pit, and where do I find the materials for them.

for the first playthrough i highly suggest not touching the professions

anyway, you need both materials and ingredients
and you also need to level up your crafting skills, not just the gathering ones
if you wanna use a higher level ingredient you need also higher level material

as for actual recipes... you can just look for ingredients on https://www.wynndata.tk/items/ and see what is available at your level and put some things together
set category to ingredients and set level max to your preferred maximum
almost always you want to use all 6 of the ingredient slots, especially when leveling up your crafting skills but also to make actual useful items
