Archer/Hunter Help Build that can solo Panic Zealot

I am currently trying to get the fabled relik of the same name, and I have some restrictions so I can get it within a short time for a reasonable price off the tm:

• Not exactly a requirement, but I prefer if you include Orange Lily in the build.
• No crafted items, those will take a long while to level up and finding them on the tm will be pretty hard.
• No LI items either, since I don't really have any, and won't last that long in LI.
• The total build must cost under 32 LE, since I don't even have a stack to my name (possibly in net worth, but idrk).
• Try to limit quest rewards. What I mean by this is you can let me use them, but not so much that I have to devote a lot of time into it.

Tho I used dia fusion necklace from li, so it had a bit more ehp (like 55k vs 49k)
If ehp is a problem just switch out the helmet for cancer to get a lot more ehp but less dmg

Also if no hive items just use like morph amethyst or some random substitute for prowess
