Crate is gone but ''still there''

    My crate opened and the loot vanished but it still says you have an active crate but there is no crate anymore and i got nothing from it!? I cant use /crates also cause i have an ''active crate''?!

    How can i fix it???

    I'd suggest reaching out to the support team, preferably with evidence (eventual screenshots or video, if you have any).
