Assassin/Ninja Help Stuck between two choices

So I might be a little too low level to really invest into making a build (level 76, build finishes at level 78 and should hopefully carry to around the high 80s) but I wanted to anyways and I've found a bit of a fork in the road. I'm using the Champion set with Chakram as weapon, along with Photon and Detective Ring. The problem is what to fill the band and necklace slots with.

OPTION A: SPELLS
Dragon's Eye Bracelet and Royal Stormy Amulet
- I get better spell costs and thus more damage from this set

OPTION B: DEFENCE
Remikas' Authority and Renda Langit
- I get much better effective HP and a bit more mobility thanks to the reduction in vanish's cost.

I'm really torn between the two options, mainly because I haven't messed with builds long enough to really understand what's better for what situation or what isn't. If someone could help find which one would be better, that'd be super appreciated. Alternatively, if anyone has an even better layout that still uses the Champion set that'd also be really nice.
