Any Class Help Iron Armor Build

Can someone make a build with only iron armor or lower (Stuff like sodeta boots count as iron armor cause leather armor) So i can annoy people by going into eo with iron armor that actually does something?

This is like a nerfed etw build cause less damage and i was hoping to find something overall way better.

Edit: This is all just so that i can do a little trolling by running eldritch outlook in leather/iron gear lol

wynnbuilder is missing ornate set bonus which is degrading stats based on amount of items
you will always have only the stats of one ornate item no matter how much u got

it isnt really illegal
