    This is my attempt at it - 4 mana meteor for just under 10k which could be better, I honestly think that you made a really good KoH dualwield (I made a The Nothing build using the exact same armours since those work well with it and KoH for that matter), I'm not exactly sure how I could improve it.

    OK, so the point of this build is that
    a) It has 400% ws, as well as potential Archer Speed and Freerunner
    b) Escape costs 1 mana and does (minimal) damage
    c) I don't need to make excuses for this build, it uses Speedyboy.

    ^^^ Higher ws (no one except me cares about that) and also Peaceful Effigy, which when combined with Furious Effigy, actually does work and makes a 20 second totem with double tick speed - I've tested it

    The build has an interesting concept, but when you put those three items in, the rest of the build is forced to become items that make up for the skill points.
