Do all of them, there is no 'good one'. When doing your gathering professions, you want to get 3 ingots for every 1 gem, 1 plank for every 1 paper, 2 string for every 3 grains, and 3 oil for every 2 meat. That way, you will be able to upgrade all eight crafting professions without any unnecessary spare gathering materials. Make sure to use ingredients when crafting, as it greatly increases experience and refer to Olinus10's crafting guides for help on what crafting ingredients you should get and at what level. If you have any questions, I'll answer them

Remember how I said that you should farm a specific ratio (like 3:2 for string:grain)? For professions in which you can make more than one item, you should alternate. So since you get 3 ingots for every 1 gem and 2 string for every 3 grain , you take a third of your ingots to use for tailoring and half of your string as well, and use all of it. You may be confused because if you build, let's say specifically leggings, you will run out of ingots first. Like I said, if you alternate between leggings and boots so that you use a 1:1 ratio of string and ingots, you will run out of both gathering materials equally. Also, USE ingredients. Like I said, use olinus10 guides to find what ingredients to farm, and slap all six on the crafting station. Good Luck!
