Wynncraft in 64 Render Distance

This took 30 minutes to load, and got my FPS down to less than 5... But I mean, you can see Almuj, Detlas and the Roots of Corruption. (I used Wynntils cached chunks feature)

 

I never realized how terrifying the roots of corruption are compared to the scale of Detlas until now

Also, how do you use the Wynntils cached chunk feature?

 

You just turn it on in the Wynntils options and then increase your render distance in vanilla Minecraft settings. It might be a cutting edge Wynntils feature since that is what I play with. You also have to have loaded the chunks you want to see after you turn on the cached chunks I think.

Also, I did use shaders once. The game could not keep up at all. Took too long to load chunks and I had to force the game to close down.

 

Understandable, and just a torture for your graphic card. wow.
