If you replace the helmet with conflagrate and the necklace with a diamond static necklace, you will deal over 8k more DPS at the expense of about half of your EHP. You do get better lifesteal though, which might make a difference considering your current build needs high rolls on all of the lifesteal pieces in order to not be negative.

you can get more dps if you use bygones and courage

 

If you want do’s just give up on EHP
That’s how it works and if you want tanky+high dps sorry doesn’t exist
High dps=low EHP
If you are tanky therefore your dps is low

 

also now inferno is very op for this build, if you can afford it
