    When you cast meteor twice quickly, the first one get's cancelled. Does your meteor conflict with time rift's repeat of a previous meteor? (E.G. You cast meteor at t=0, and it recasts the spell at t=1. Then, if you cast another meteor by yourself at t=1.5, does the time rift meteor get cancelled?)

    Nope. It's actually a thing that people use in builds called 'stacking'. Popular among archer's arrow shield ability
