Soul Points Not Regenerating

I have +25% soul point regen, but I waited for about 2 hours and I'm still stuck at 4 soul points. The only mods I have is optifine and wynntils, how do I fix this?

It's partially fixed now, but it only regens when I'm actually in game and stops whenever I close minecraft

 

That’s how it works
When ur ingame it’s every mc day, which is 20 min (basically at sunrise, so every lobby it’s a different time, so I’m pretty sure u can technically lobby hop to one which is almost day if u desperately need them)
When ur offline, it’s every hour and soul point regen identification doesn’t affect it
Soul point regen makes you have a chance to get extra soul points, so for u there is a 25% chance to get 2 soul points instead of one

 

it shouldn't stop, it just is 3 times slower
