Assassin/Ninja Help Thunder Assassin Build

I just realized that i have basically never used a thunder build, they're almost always fire or earth. And I don't really use my assassin for anything so I thought I would ask here.

Just any sort of thunder based assassin build, no mythics and preferably no fableds because they can get kind of pricey.
