never died in a war with this

 

How do you regen with this build? I've always had trouble regaining hp without hp regen in tierstacks. I thought lifesteal barely activated when in a tierstack build. Or do you just drink pots?

Edit: I tried this build and I take 200 dmg from level 40 orcs? I thought this had really high ehp. I also can't regen without pots at all.

 

i use the exploited as a secondary weapon and use greed to heal, but some hp pots are always good to carry for emergencies (in wars i almost always have a mage with me anyways)
and im not sure how much dmg you should be taking from these mobs but its way less than most builds, it works well with all endgame content, and you wont be fighting lvl40 orcs late game lol

 

That makes more sense but the level 40 orcs doing so much damage is weird
