Assassin/Ninja Assassin build lvl 90

Hello i'm looking for a lvl 90 assassin build based on main attack damage,good attack speed,and good walking speed if possible,

 

A hard request to say the least, and definitely the weirdest build i ever built but ig it works?

Accessories for patching walkspeed, change them to dmg if you like.

I would not restrict yourself to just melee though, its viable but i have seen people have more success with hybrid builds. (spells + melee)

 

good attack speed is super slow attack speed :) and accs with ws as you wish
