How to find the blue tunic skin??

How do i get the blue tunic like skin that they use to model the weapon cosmetics on the wiki?

 

First of all this would probably fit better in the questions section of the forums.

As for the question, which wiki page is this?

 

I'm pretty sure the skin you're talking about is the default Steve skin in the wynn resource pack.

If you wear the default Steve skin and use the Wynnpack you'll get this skin. I don't think there is an available download though

Hey, this is indeed the default steve skin that I used for the models, it's not a cosmetic, sorry. If you want the skin, you can find it in the wynn resource pack, in the texture > entity textures folder.
