Archer/Hunter Melee Archer level 91

As the title implies I'm looking for a melee archer build for a level 91 archer that preferably uses the air bow Tracer. The only requirements are no mythics, Li items (pretty sure level 95 is the minimum anyhow) and no crafted items.

Also if you have the time a similar endgame 101+ melee build with the same requirements minus Li items and weapon choice would also be appreciated for future use.

18.8k dps looks very good, I think, for lvl 91. Nice job!

So cool to finally see a Tracer build request on the forums; Tracer has long been one of my favourite weapons. I don't normally provide builds with mythic boots but Revenant prices have drastically fallen and if you wanted to - now would be a good time to buy one. Revenant is by no means a requirement for the build, something like Kickback would do in its place. I slap Ornithopter on almost all EFA builds I make because I love going nyeeeooooooooooom; Grillface is probably the best alternative to that. Old Keeper's Ring for extra sustain.

EDIT: I'm a monke and continue to slap OKR onto builds with zero stealing %. Maybe replace Ambiguity with Rycar's Swagger? Only adds 1-3% stealing but I'd assume it's sufficient for such a fast and tanky build.

 

Thank you both for the great builds. I was commissioned to get a fast fire speed bow from a friend and I gave them Tracer and they fell in love with it so I wanted to get them a more viable build with it that specs into melee and they will certainly be useful for them.

Question... any recommendation on substitutes for Momentum? I haven't checked recently but before looking for the items for @starx280 's build I had some difficulties finding decent ones that don't break the bank or are decent enough.
