Got free bonfire crates but no items in my inventory

    Im new to the game so i wanted to se what the game store had to offer so i found 3 free bonfire crates but when i opened them the items didn't pop up in my inventory can someone tell me why

    Minecraft:
    The items don't appear in your inventory. Go to your compass menu and click on the use option, right next to the crates option. Then, search through the categories to find the cosmetics you have.
