My Climbing Helmet is gone, /fixquests doesn't work.

I came back to Wynncraft after a few weeks of resting, and I decided to finish a few quests in order to level up combat lvls. When I started to aim at the quest "Zhight Island", the wiki says that it need a Climbing Helmet from the quest "Ice Nations". I did get the helmet, but in an Unidentified form. I went identifying it, but it gave me another helmet called Upside Down Bucket. I also checked other people with the same problem with me, but the only solution is just /fixquests. However it doesn't work on me AT ALL. I can probably obtain it at Nesaak or other places labeled as Lvl.40, but I don't want to waste such tons of time on a helmet which can only be used for a few times and is really bad as a piece of armor for me now. I have no idea how to fix this mess. The only thing I know is /fixquests completely don't work on me so stop replying /fixquests as a solution. I really need some help.

 

Check all your inventories first. Bank, other classes, etc. If a quest item is truly gone, whether by deleting a class it was on or dropping it through filling your inventory and putting quest items in your crafting grid, /fixquests fixes that.

No idea why the helmet you obtained from Ice Nations turned into something different. You sure you didn't identify another helmet entirely?

 

Another kinda annoying solution is to get another character to a high enough level so that character can get the helmet.

I'm sure that I identified the correct helmet, simply because that is the only Unique Unidentified Helmet in my bank, the level range and the possibilities shown in Wynntils has proven that it is the reward I got from Ice Nations. I also said that the /fixquests solution just doesn't work at all. It only gave me Yahya's Stained Bowl, and some other items I've got in other quests. Nothing like "Unidentified Helmet" popped out.

I have to say, I'm 100% sure that I identified the correct helmet. It is the only Unique Helmet in either my bank or my inventory (with completely correct level range)
I also remember that when I got the helmet I put it straight into the bank, after I came back it's still at that place, but became a different helmet.
