Assassin/Ninja Best weathered build for assassin?

I need a good weathered build for assassin class, armor and accessory's please!! :)

Keep in mind that this build has a lot of MS, so hitting the boss now and again is necessary for refueling mana.

 

heh?? I don't think changing air prison to curse would change spellsteal to spellspam
